The Royal Ottoman Society recently welcomed three distinguished guests—Sheikh Bahauddin Adil Efendi, His Highness Duke Alexander von Bismarck, and Mr. Volker Tschapke—in a brief yet heartfelt ceremony. The gathering opened with warm greetings in German, Arabic and Turkish, reflecting the multilingual spirit of our community. Participants expressed deep gratitude for the Sheikh’s presence, recalling the first meeting in 2014 as a milestone that continues to inspire us. Though travel restrictions prevent immediate visits abroad, the hosts promised future opportunities to host the guests in Germany, trusting that “Insha’Allah” will bring those moments together soon.
We were humbled by the repeated blessings—“May Allah bless you”—that echoed throughout the event, underscoring the spiritual bond between our members and honored friends. The ceremony reinforced our shared commitment to preserving Ottoman heritage while fostering a global network of seekers and patrons.
If you feel called to support our mission or wish to become part of this living tradition, consider becoming a member of the Royal Ottoman Society.
