On the evening of 7 November 2015 the Royal Ottoman Society gathered under the moonlit skies of Berlin for an Osmanische Sufi Night. Set within the intimate walls of Tiyatrom in Kreuzberg, the gathering offered a heartfelt encounter with Ottoman‑inspired music, poetry and spiritual conversation. The night resonated with the timeless rhythm of the ney, the gentle cadence of classical verses, and the warm fellowship that has always been at the heart of our Sufi tradition.
The atmosphere was enriched by modest refreshments and opportunities for attendees to share their reflections, echoing the hospitality of historic caravanserais while embracing the vibrant cultural pulse of contemporary Berlin. Though the program varied from evening to evening, each gathering invited seekers to pause, listen, and reconnect with the inner light that guides the path of love and service.
