In this announcement the leadership of the Royal Ottoman Society conveys an important organisational update. Following the passing of Sheikh Mehmed, a number of individuals have begun to question the authority that comes directly from his teachings and are not accepting the guidance entrusted to us. To preserve the clarity of our path and prevent seekers from unintentionally joining groups that do not follow Sheikh Mehmed’s instructions, we are compiling a comprehensive directory of the addresses and e‑mail contacts of all tekkes and dergahs that remain under his spiritual lineage.
Ayberk Efendi has taken on the task of gathering these details with great care, ensuring that the information will be accurate and readily accessible to anyone who wishes to connect with an authentic centre. By making this directory public we aim to identify the legitimate branches of our order worldwide, safeguard seekers from confusion, and uphold the unity of the community.
