Sheikh Bahauddin Adil Efendi greeted the faithful with a heartfelt Bayram greeting, beginning with the testimony of faith: “Eşhedü en la ilahe illallah ve eşhedü enne Muhammeden abduhu ve resuluhu.” He expressed gratitude that this declaration was offered in the presence of his spiritual guide, praying that the Sheikh himself might bear witness to their sincere proclamation.
Continuing, he thanked Allah for allowing the community to reach the festive day safely and asked that the celebration become a conduit for blessings, happiness, and peace for every family—children, parents, grandparents, and all loved ones. He conveyed the collective Bayram wishes from the Sheikh’s own maqam, invoking “Wa min Allahi tawfeeq” and concluding with Surah Al‑Fatiha, hoping that this Eid would bring prosperity and well‑being to each member of the Royal Ottoman Society.
May these words inspire us to cherish the unity and gratitude that Bayram embodies. To share in further reflections and community gatherings, we invite you to join our community page.
