On 21 June 2022 our traveling fellowship arrived in Grenoble, where we were drawn to the spectacular Cascade du Cirque de Saint‑Même. Nestled within the alpine landscape of southeastern France, the waterfall offers a vivid reminder of the ever‑present flow of divine grace. As we stood before its rushing waters, the mist brushed our faces and the sound of the cascade echoed like a subtle zikr in nature’s own sanctuary.
The experience deepened our appreciation for how the natural world mirrors the Sufi path: each drop joins the larger river just as every seeker merges with the Eternal Reality. In quiet contemplation we felt the presence of the Almighty behind the thunderous roar, and our hearts resonated with gratitude for the blessings of travel, fellowship, and the beauty that surrounds us.
