Esselamu Aleykum. On behalf of the Royal Ottoman Society we extend our deepest prayers and heartfelt condolences to the entire Islamic ummah and to the noble Turkish nation. On Friday, 15 March 2019, two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand were brutally attacked, resulting in the loss of 49 beloved brothers and sisters. We stand with the families of these martyrs, offering our sincere sympathy during this profound grief.
We unequivocally condemn this cowardly act of terror and denounce its vile perpetrators. Our faith assures us that justice will ultimately prevail, and we trust that the Turkish people together with the worldwide Islamic community will rise to eradicate such evil forever. May Allah grant the souls of the fallen His infinite mercy, and may He provide patience, strength, and healing to all who mourn.
