On a serene afternoon in Döbeln, Ayberk Efendi represented the Royal Ottoman Society as we signed the Döbeln Friendship Declaration. This declaration emerged from the historic Bismarck‑Dialog, an initiative first launched by Alexander von Bismarck to foster dialogue among peoples and cultures. By affixing our signatures, we reaffirmed our commitment to peace, mutual respect, and the healing power of trust and faith.
The ceremony echoed with a simple yet profound mantra: “Trust and believe; it helps, it heals the divine power.” Repeating these words in both Arabic greeting (Salam alaikum) and German blessings underscored the bridge we aim to build between East and West. As we concluded with an amen, the atmosphere was filled with hope that this small act of solidarity will ripple outward, encouraging more communities worldwide to seek common ground.
We invite all friends of the Royal Ottoman Society to stay connected with our ongoing efforts for intercultural harmony. Join our community to share in future gatherings and dialogues: https://royalottomans.com/community/
May the spirit of this declaration continue to inspire peace wherever it is spoken.
