In the summer of 2017 the Royal Ottoman Society accompanied Sheikh Muhammed Adil Ar‑Rabbani and Ayberk Efendi on a journey through several German cities. Together they offered evenings in which the breath of the ney, the pulse of the daf, and the resonant chants of the human voice opened a space for listeners to turn inward and remember the Divine. After the final notes, the gatherings naturally turned into informal sohbet circles.
